Dear Phaniji,

 

Would have been nice had you provided birth data. Anyway, shani in

7th gains digbala. So it "can" be strong in the 7th provided

amsa/kashta/ishta/shad bala is good.

 

For significations of sani occupying yuvati bhava, I suggest read

Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra (the chapter entitled "Effects of

Yuvati Bhava". It should give you some idea.
