Lagna lord is always benefic, but as the 6th lord his results may be not be full, when under the influence of malefic transits. Infact, position of Saturn has resulted in Viparita Yoga formation. Wearing Neelam will definitely help you, you could wear a 1 ct, with silver on the right middle finger.
