Dear Shrivastavaji,

How far reliable is the time of birth? Is the source generally reliable.

I remember having spoken to Anshu and he had said he does not have the

chart details of Dr. Manmohan singh. He had based his predictions were

based on Chaitra Pratipada Chart for India.His predictions have come out

100% right. He needs to be congratulated for that.

Other Astrologer's prediction about Sonia not having a chart to support

elevation as Prime Minister, also appears to have come out right on the dot.

In1932 that too September British empire used to advance the clocks by

one hour. Local mean time was in vogue. 5.30 zone was adapted by

Independent India and came quite late.
