Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekharji & other members, A humble Request on puzzles posting. It has been observed that when a puzzle is posted, answers slowly start coming in. Sometimes people wait for others to post, junior members like me get swayed by analysis of learned members who post first and then we start thinking in other tangentials without doing original thinking. Also your kind self (CS) has replied to some replies on the list already giving very clear hints and negating some possibilities thereby eliminating Jyotish thinking of other members on those same lines. So can i request a method of answering puzzles. 1. The person posting the puzzle should set a definite deadline for the answers. 2. The answers should be posted by members to the person directly without posting it on the list. 3. AFter the deadline date the person can reveal the answer to the puzzle and then also post the various answers given by various members on the list. This would avoid parallel or non-original thinking on the said puzzle. If Chandrashekharji, Ramadasji, Raghu, Partha and Swee remembers we had followed the above 3 point pattern a year back on a puzzle posted by me to you all personally, in that there was superb analysis and many came correct. I accept it was my mistake that as i got involved in personal depresssion I didnt post the results on the list. I shall see if i can get that old emails ( a year back ones) and repost the results on the list. The main purpose of that puzzle was to illustrate to young ones how the each Guru participating in the puzzle had shown a NOVEL way of seeing a chart and come to conclusion and the intent of the puzzle was not to see the strength of each ones predictive techniques. I feel if there is support from most members of this list we can start that process again and most imp create a folder section in the FILES section to store such puzzles eg PVRs puzzle on his job on Jan 26th 2004 - the answer to that posted by PVR is lost in the archives and the new members shall never seen that brilliant analysis ever again. I have not stressed the first point but i am sure you all understand what i am trying to communicate. Salutations, Sunil P.S: I know the answer to this current puzzle posted by Chandrashekharji as i just spoke to him, in the last 3 days of interaction with him I failed on 2 accounts and on one account I came close enough and the last one (CSji the dream) was 99% apt - Dhira's answer clinched the deal, so I can say that I got swayed by his post. BTW , today I got CSjis chart and for the last 3 days I didnt have the chart, CS it would be nice if u would have been nice if u would have posted ur chart along with ur puzzle, some new members on the list might not have had ur chart.
