Guest guest
Dear Shri Chandrasekhar, I endorse Sunil Johns suggestion to make the puzzle solving more foolproof. Another way you can do this puzzle is not to give any hints about the correct answer (as Narasimha did) while stepping in to clarify what did not happen or to say the analysis is wrong till after a reasonable time frame. While I dont doubt the intentions of your puzzle, on reading your puzzle, I am doubtful if Jyotish can pick up the finer level details of what happened at 1.20 pm on 29 April and again on 1st May at 2.12 pm. You will recollect that when Narasimha's puzzle was attempted by me, I went haywire in the analysis but still was able to pinpoint a telephone call at the heart of the event only because a nimitta happened at the time when I was analysing the puzzle. Narasimha then commented that these finer details are shown by intuition or nimitta or whatever else. Therefore may I ask you if the twin events that happened are of some importance in your life and profoundly affect the course of your life? regards Hari Chandrashekhar <boxdel> Sat May 1, 2004 7:09 am Test for various methods. Dear friends/Gurus,There are many tools used in astrology to foretell the past events andfuture. Every astrologer has his favourite and swears by it. This is asthings should be. Many puzzles are posted on the list in thisregards.Varied logic and methods are used to find out the event. Many atimes new logic is used to justify an event after the event becomes known. Some astrologers deride others if they are not able to pinpoint theexact event. Here is one from me. The intention is just to show that itis very difficult to pinpoint an event, and there is no reason toderide anyone or think that he lacks knowledge. Here is a chain of eventswhich should make the job easy._1) Something happened to me day before yesterday i.e.on 29th April 2004at about 13.20 hr.s 2) Again something else happened today i.e. on 1st of May 2004 at 14.12hrs. at Nagpur. _ You may use any Astrological method that you like. The method used andsteps to arrive at the conclusion may also be given. My chart is on SJC website, if someone does not have it with him.Regards,Chandrashekhar. Guest guest
Dear Hari, If we accept life as defined by the scriptures, it being what the lord willed us to live, what ever happens in it should be viewed without getting affected by it. If that is the case, as it should ideally be; nothing that happens is profound, barring final emancipation, of which we can not be aware in this life. As far as I am concerned they are not profound but for most they would be. At least if we go by what incidents are taken to be profound now a days. Lest there should be any misunderstanding about what I take to be not profound and others do, let me tell you something interesting. Once my Hemoglobin count fell below 5%. I thought as much and went to pathologist to analyse the count. I then went and started attending to my business. After about 2 hours, the pathologist came to my place and finding me working asked whether I knew what was the count. I said it was perhaps between 6.5 and 5.5. He got perturbed and asked how can I go on working and talking to others, when I should be taking rest. I told him that at my age all my organs are working fine and something must happen to slow me down. For him it was perhaps profound event in my life, not so for me. The events are specific and relate to the physical world.I do not insist for exact events to be pointed out, just the nature of the events. If some one can pinpoint it with greater accuracy, that too is appreciated. Intentions of my puzzle, I have already explained in the first mail. There should be no doubt about them. Chandrashekhar.
