Understanding how to time marriage

Folks,

I'm posting a chart that I'm trying to analyze for timing marriage.

I'm not finding an explanation as to when the marriage takes place,

following principles outlined by Narayana Dasa scheme (Dasa /Antar

Dasa of houses where Venus or Ketu is in the Rasi Chart) / Jupiter

transits to 2nd from Upapada Lagna / 7th lord and aspects to the same.

 

Can some one shed light on the subject and help me / others

understand how to time marriage in this chart?

The birth time is accurate.

The marriage did not happen in the Cn - Aq sub period.

Cn -Ar seems unlikely.

 

Jupiter will transit 2nd from UL (Le) and aspect natal Ve (Rasi

aspect) only next late august.

So are the chances of marriage happening yet to come in the chart?

 

2nd from UL has affliction of Ra / Sa.. so does it mean poor married

life or does the presence of benefic (Mo) mitigate this?
