Rahu& ketu better in dushtana/trikona (if exalted/debeliated)?

Hello Ramesh:

 

I've been doing some reading/research on Rahu.

 

Rahu Exhaltation: Taurus, Mooltrikon: Gemini, Own sign: Aquarius,

Friendly sign: Aries.

 

Ketu: Exhaltation: Scorpio, Mooltrikon: Pisces, Own sign: Scorpio,

Friendly sign: I don't know.

 

Rahu gives good results in 3rd, 6th and 11th houses. It gives

horrible results in 8th and 12th houses. And, it give bad results

everywhere else.

 

Ketu gives good results in 3rd, 6th and 11th houses as well.

Moreover, it is said to give good results for Moksha (emancipation of

the soul) in the 12th house IF and ONLY IF Jupiter is well-placed in

Lagna, 5th or 9th house. Ketu give bad results in other houses except

the ones noted above.

 

Also, on another website "Astroexperts.com" which was moderated by

Respected Rohini Ranjan (one of the most profound thinkers in Vedic

astrology), I ran into VARIOUS individuals who went from Rags to

Riches in their Rahu mahadasa where their Rahu was placed in ARIES.

 

-- I'm an intermediate student of Vedic Astrology and haven't been

able to figure out this association of Rahu with Aries and the

resulting fortune in the Rahu mahadasa.--most of these individuals

with Rahu in Aries also claimed to have had sexual relations with

innumerable beautiful women during their Rahu mahadasa where Rahu was

placed in Aries.--It appears that Rahu in Aries gives the individual

a lot sesual pleasures during its dasa--may that be in form of

wealth, wine, women, etc.--Don't know why this happens.

 

Hope other learned members are able to provide us with better

research and more information on Rahu and Ketu.

Hello Ramesh:

 

Rahu and Ketu don't seem to be much celebrated as the other planets.

Not much has been written about them. Not much has been known as to

the results they'll DEFINITELY give in certain rashis or houses.

 

And, the sad thing is that despite Rahu being alloted a long 18 year

Vimsottari mahadasa, not much has been written about Rahu mahadasa.

 

I've bought a book JUST on Rahu written by a student of KN Rao and I

wrote down the conclusions reached in this book in my ealier note.

 

I've not not read anywhere that Rahu gives GOOD results in 2nd house,

in fact, Rahu destroys the house it is located in EXCEPT the 3rd, 6th

and 11th as these are Upchaya houses.

 

Now, I also have to note here that Napolean Bonapart had Rahu in 9th

and he became a world conqeror--if we apply the dictum that Rahu

destroys the house where it is located in EXCEPT Upchaya houses,

Napolean's destiny (9th house) should have been destroyed.

 

Now, I also have to note that FINALLY Napolean lost everything he had

gained and spent time in solitary exile at an Island fort surrounded

by water on all sides and died an unglorified death.

 

So, did the dictum that Rahu destroys the house it is located in

EXCEPT upchaya come true in the case of Napolean Bonapart??? Probably

YES--the very same Rahu and probably some other Raj-yog causing

planets that made Napolean the emperor/dictator of the French Empire,

turned him into a penniless prisoner.

 

So, I can't tell for sure that Rahu gives excellent money in the 2nd

or Ketu is good in the 8th. My opinion (not supported by any dictums

from the classics) is that Rahu will ultimately destroy the 2nd house

and Ketu will ultimately destroy the 8th house, i.e. become a killer

(located in the house of death, secret things, secret knowledge).

 

Enough said--I'm just a low level learner; however, I've been wishing

to hear from the masters/gurus/intermediates about Rahu and Ketu for

a LONG TIME.

 

-- but as I said earlier, Rahu and Ketu don't seem to be SEXY enough

for the masters to write on.
