If the conditions are satisfied from Paka Lagna, use Astottari. Vimsottari

is still usable, as it is unconditional, but an astrologer who has an eye

for it will prefer Astottari in this case.

Rasi Tulya Navamsa means you consider signs where the lanets fall in the

Navasma chart in the Rasi chart. Like of someone has Virgo lagna and some

planet in Virgo navamsa, then consider it to be in the lagna in Rasi. This

method helps to decide the strength of the Raja-yogas.
