Longevity of 14th Loksabha

Dear Astrologers,

 

Does anybody know the correct time of notification by Election

commission constituting the 14th Loksabha. If I remember correctly,

the election commission members presented the certified Loksabha

results to President of India on 16th May and issued a gazette

notification constituing the Loksabha. My point is for the longevity

of Loksabha we have to take either the time of its constitution or

the start of oath taking ceremony of protem speaker rather than

swearing in ceremony of sri. Manmohan singh. Manmohan singh may

resign and somebody else may become prime minister without

dissolving Loksabha. Learned astrology scholars have already

expressed their opinion about longevity of Manmohan singh's

govenment in this forum as well as in many astrological magazines.

The predominent view seems to be the swearing in chart has many

blemishes. As already pointed out by others presence of Rajya karaka

Sun in the 8th house is very detrimental. Moreover the ascendant has

0 bindus in Suns ashtakavarga. So when Sun transits Libra during mid

October 2004 to mid November 2004 the government will be in grave

danger. In addition there is going to be a partial solar eclipse on

14th October 2004 when Sun will be at the end of virgo and a total

lunar eclipse on 28th October 2004 in Aries. By then Saturn will be

in Cancer aspecting Aries. Aries is also 10th house in Mrs. Sonia

Gandhi's horoscope. In addition her Saturn is in Cancer. Hence I

expect a critical period for Manmohan singh government during

October-November. Sometimes eclipses give their effects within 6

months period specially if a major planet squares or conjuncts an

eclipse point. Another well known thing pointed out by Sri.KN Rao

and others is Gemini has least number of bindus in the

Sarvaastakavarga of Indian indenpendence chart and when Saturn or

jupiter transits Gemini, India will face adverse situation. In fact

the lengedary astrologer late Sri. BV Raman predicted sudden and

unexpected transformation in Delhi during 1989 elections based on

the transit of Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in Saggitarius opposing

Jupiter. This prediction came true in toto and VP singh became prime

minister. But looks like the longevity of such a Loksabha too is

short. If we examine the new year (ugadhi) chart for 2004, we find

capricorn as the ascendant and 10th lord Venus is in the grip of

Rahu in Aries which may explain the influence of a foreign born

person on the government. Again the October 28th eclipse which

occurs in Aries may influence the 10th lord in the New year chart

adversely. Hence I feel the period around mid-october to mid-

november seems to be very critical.
