can two Planets in parivarthana yoga= both planets in their own rashi

The Planet in parivartana is said to behave as if in own house. This

result will be obtained in the Bhava that it occupies.

mars, can i consider the jupiter as to be in its own rashi, if not , by

what percentage, the results of the jupiter differ from the results
