Learned members,

Sorry but I have to bother again with a few questions about Ishta and

other devatas. I am basing these questions on my understanding that

Navamsa(D-9) represents dharmic manifestations of the soul.

1) Does the 12th from Atmakaraka represent the desire of the

soul(towards liberation) at a a sub-conscious level? Is that the reason

why Ishta devata is seen from the 12th and is viewed as the promoter of

liberation?

If the 12th represents liberation qualities/desires of the soul,

2) Does 4th from atmakaraka in navamsa(D-9) represent the Gruha

Devata(family deity) or should one be looking at D-4/D-20. How does one

decipher Grama Devata(village deity)?

3) Does 5th from atmakara represent Aradhya Devata(Adored deity) or

should one be looking at D-5/D-20?

4) Does 9th from atmakaraka represent Dharma Adhishtana Devata(Supreme

Dharma Deity) or should one be looking at D-81/D-20?

warm regards,

Vishnu
