Win XP is more exposed to such worm virus. Please update yr anti virus and clean the system. If you are using anti virus system (I presume most computer users deploy anti virus software), are your mails (incoming and outgoing) both scanned. There are lots of spywares, which also works like this. I suggest you to increase yr security setting for internet explorer.
