AUM GURUBYO NAMAH

Dear Vijay,

i am just back from my Navarathri holy days. It is just great to see so many

mails during this period. Let me stop here and come back to your question on

yogi point.

Sun is the father and Moon/chandrama is the mother. Their coming together

results in the manifestation of their expression of love in the form of putra

Brihaspati(Guru). In the esoteric sense when the mind merges in the Atman,

gyana results.

The beginning of gyana chakra or the brihaspati chakra is the nakshatra

Pushyami. You may be already aware that Brihaspati is the lord or the presiding

deity of the nakshatra pushyami.

We have taken Aswini as the starting point of the zodiac and hence our zero

point of the zodiac is the beginning of Aswini nakshatra. Now that you want to

shift your focus to brihaspati chakra. You want to make pushyami as the

starting point. Then how to go about doing that? It is simple, just add 93

degrees and 20 minutes you get the starting point as Pushyami.

You may please note that of the nine grahas only the three planets namely,

Aryama(Sun), chandrama(moon) and brihaspati(guru) are considered the ruling

deities of the nakshatras.

Nakshatra mandala is the swargapuri or our original abode(swa+varga). Guru is

otherwise called as jeevaha or the life principle. The unison of sun and moon

results in the emergence of life principle. Karka or cancer is the vaikunta or

the abode of life principle and makara is the yamarajapuri where the life

principle disappears(mars the agni burns the body and guru the jeevaha

diminishes/debilitates). It is therefore essential to locate the yoga/yogic

point in the brihaspati chakra starting from pushyami nakshatra.

i hope this helps.

Astrologically yours,

p.s.ramanarayanan.vijayadas_pradeep <vijayadas_pradeep > wrote:

Dear shri Dewavrat jiThanks for the reply.after your explanation i tried to read

more to understand. Longitudes of sun and moon when added together and expressed

in multiples of 13.2, gives the yoga.(As yoga is the time taken by sun and moon

together to travel 13.2 degrees).Vishkambha is the first yoga - ie sum of

longitudes of sun and moon divided by 13.2 should give 1 as answer.Kindly help

me to understand 93.2 and longitude of vishkambha yoga as explained by you. Also

correct me if my understanding is not correct. Thanks a lotPradeep--- In
