He has done an excellent past-life reading for me, you should contact him. Shastiamsa chart (D-60) is typically read for understanding past life; however, it is highly unlikely that your (or anyone else's) D- 60 chart would be accurate as hospitals tend to screw-up the birth times by as much as 15 minutes. In my case, even the D-9 Lagna (nine divisions of a rashi) changes if I move my birth time ahead by 30 seconds so just imagin what these 30 seconds would do to a D-60 which is 60 divisions of a rashi. Also, the issue of "when is a baby born" is still undecided. Is the baby born when the umbilical cord is cut???? OR is it born when the baby begins crying???? Giving my own example--my mother told me that I didn't cry when I was born despite the nurse slapping my little butt several times so the doctor was rushed in, she gave an injection (possibly some steroid) and then I began crying. My recorded birth time is 5.30 pm on the hospital card, but what's the REAL birth time--when the umblical cord was cut OR when I began crying? And do you think a nurse who is delivering several babies simultaneously will care to register accurate birth times for all the babies? So, it is impracticle to look at any other chart except for the birth chart (rashi chart) as all other charts are going to change greatly (lagna change as well as planetary placement) with a SLIGHT change in birth time. And, this makes the accuracy of D-60 chart very very suspect. Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Dear Prital, Usually one does not reveal such techniques publicly (I am not thinking of astrology nor D60 'techniques' which may show the last life), as they are often used within psychology and/or hypnosis as some states can cause severe damage. Personally I do not believe that it was meant for us humans to "remember" past lives, although ALL memory information is stored within the entity we call 'soul' and transferred from life to life. However some people possess the ability to do so as the blockage is lifted for reasons unknown. There is much more to this subject than the eye can see or the brain can catch, and with all respect, this list may not be the right place for it.
