Why Saturn in 'Karka' Lagna is termed as Yogakarka ?

Dear Pathak,

I have not seen Saturn in Karka being reffered to as being Yogakaraka.

Could you point me to relevant quote? Saturn is certainly said to give

good results when in Karka Rasi, the reason being it aspects its own

Rasi which is 7th from Karka. The indications of the 7th house get good

results as the Bhava is strengthened..

Dear Angel,

 

The mention of 'throne' makes me think that the potency of this placement is in

Raja Jyotishya( applicable for those pursuing political careers in today's

times).

 

Indira Gandhi was the first lady PM of independent India and enjoyed a lot of

power over one of the largest democracies in the world.
