A good and free anti-virus program available

Dear all,

It is pity to see so many discussing viruses instead of astrology....

Here is a piece of advice to all of you who can't afford expensive anti-virus program:

Go to http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl7.php and download their free version of

AVG anti-virus, which also contains mail checker and is updated on daily bases.

As an IT professional I will only say this: no one should go on the net without a firewall

(good free versions are available for downloading) and an 'up-to-date' anti-virus program.

Take care of the viruses before they take care of you (the damage of computer

data can really affect your health, especially if you don't back-up your data

frequently!)

In other words "better safe than sorry".
