Guest guest
Dear all, I recently was browsing through Sanjay Rath's Narayan Dasa book and I noticed the AL of one Aquarius Ascendant person being calculated somewhat differently from what I thought. I thought the way was - find the stronger of Rahu and Saturn, take it as the lord, and then calculate AL based on it as the lord. However, the way it was calculated was: calculate the AL using Rahu, calculate the AL using Saturn, and then take the stronger AL as the true AL. Which method is correct and why? To tell you the truth, in my case - also Aquarius ascendant with Saturn and Moon in Pisces and Rahu in Aries, the AL as calculated by JHL 5.0 is Aries (i.e. it uses Saturn as lord, at calculates "its" AL). So my external world image should be Rahu in Aries. If I calculate the "other" AL, it turns out to Gemini with Sun and Mercury in it. I have always felt that my Rahu in Aries AL does not really portray who I am - I dont have that kind of image at all. In fact, if you read my posts do I appear more like a Rahu in Aries, or a Mercury&Sun in Gemini? Thank you, Sundeep
