The native was well educated, a Bank employee, became a union leader of the largest Bank, step by step grown to become state leader and represented national bank employees for over 4 years. He was a good orator, some times witty and some times aggressive, have a charisma of attracting crowd, collapsed on 20.06.2004 at around 3.00 pm while delivering yet a forceful speech among a large gathering of Bank employees. The death was sudden. Brief details of the native : An average height of 5’6”, not so dark complexion, father died at small age, mother still alive, have two children, one male and one female, both settled well, not earned much except owning an apartment at Hyderabad, a diabetic, a foot ball player. Is it Yogakaraka Saturn, or Lagna Lord Venus(for having 8th lord-ship) or Transit of Rahu in7th from Lagna having aspect of 2nd/7th lord Mars in birth Chart. Can Lagna Lord become a Maraka? Venus is both Lagna lord and 8th lord being retrograde and hemmed between the malefics cause not good to the native. Rahu (saturnine nature) in 7th house in Aries acted as maraka which is natally posited in 6th house. All transit details. 2. 12th house planets being weak and maraka in tranist Ketu in Lagna in Libra (mars nature) therefore maraka and working as aggressive Mars. While Mars in Cancer was weakening the power of the 8th house or longevity in transit in 10th house. 10th house is 3rd house from 8th so strength of 8th house can also be seen by virtue of power of the 10th lord. In natal chart Moon is in enemy's house in Capricorn therefore weak. Moon occupies Capricorn during birth and was 7th from there during death - Such Moon indicates karma during the time of death. 3. It was Kala-Sarpa yoga in transit during the day. 4. Saturn-Sun being posited in GEMINI were not helping much. Saturn also carries the Sun energies in the chart. Mercury becomes powerless 5. I would say that the weak lagna lord in 8th house in retrogression hemmed by malefics, under the influence of maraka nodes afflicting the physical body. 6th lord was 6th & 8th from natal position becoming worst malefic. 6. The dasa of malefic Jupiter was also a dreaded one for him. The antardasa of Rahu caused Guru-Chandal yoga and Rahu also occupies Jupiter's house i.e. 6th house in natal chart. Pratyantardasa was of malefic Mars which is posited in 12th house with Ketu in Virgo. All these malefics causing Vimshottari dasa had to give such a negative result. Gulika is in Anuradha Nakñatra which is lorded by Saturn. Hence Saturn Dasa will act like Gulika Dasa and can be death inflicting. As for Mrityu Sputa, the native is born during the night, so we add the longitudes of Rähu and Moon and arrive at Poorva Ashada Nakñatra lorded by Venus - this did not give death in his case. Now if you look at the Ärüòha Lagna in Capricorn and see the cause of death - Rähu in 3rd from AL (sudden death, unnatural) and Saturn in 8th from AL (disease, sorrow, etc) are competing to kill the native. Saturn won, and is placed in Leo indicating heart disease and hence Saturn Dasa. Saturn is lording Ärüòha Lagna and is placed in the 8th there from, hence he performed an action which was risk-taking. Jupiter and Venus in Ärüòha lagna sees Saturn, hence he and his family knew about the risk he was taking but he took it anyway.
