Praying him one becomes a Trikala Gnani ( Person becomes the one whome he prays) Patanjali in Yoga Sutras tells =) After perfection in Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhana, Dharana & Samadhi. One attain the Power of "Samyama". When a person makes "Samyama" on the Sun he gets the knowledge of the Universe ( Gola Shastra) When a person makes "Samyama" on the past he gets knowledge of past & when on Future he gets knowledge of Future ( Samhitha) For all the above Correct Asana ( Lagna) Correct yama, Niyama ( Lagna) Correct Pranayama ( Lagna, movement of prana - reference UttaraKalamritha) Correct Pratyahara, dhayana, dharana, samadhi ( all linked to Lagna). A Person with Stronge Lagnesh, Lagna influenced by powerful Jupiter ( Brihaspathi), with an aspect of Mercury ( Education, speech/vak, ) in Rasi chart & the Vargas makes a person Trikala Gnani. Meditation practitioners know when after a person comes out of deep meditation on the meaning of gayatri Mantra - They tend to catch every minute aspect what they observe, this grows with steady practise to know Past & Future. There are Ayurvedic Medicines to induce the power of Intution, Brahmi - Centella Asitiaca. Correct cousumtion ( as per texts) will bring upon Saraswathi into ones Tongue.
