Lagna is scissored between two malefics Saturn and Mars. Lagna lords in 12th gives weak nature to fight odds. Lagna lords dispositor Jupiter is in Marana Kaarana Staana conjoined Debilitated Rahu. (Ref:Kalpadruma Yoga) Jupiters and Rahu's dispositor Mercury being in a quadrant can help. The whole chart is in Kaala Sarpa's grasp as all planets come under Rahu path in reverse from Gemini to Ketu. This Kaala Sarpa is broken both Jupiter and Moon. So these planet can offer relieve. Rahu is the Atmakaaraka afflicting Jupiter and is aspected by Mars denoting some past negative karma towards Jupiter. 6th house is for sickness which can be over come by possible medications. 6th lord is in 10th house. 10th house is for Sight and also 10th is of sense organs as 10th is ruled by Indra the lord of Sense organs(indriyas). 8th lord is for long term sickness is conjoined moon in Sagittarius. Sagittarius rules legs/thighs parts of the body. There is not much problem there it seems. Since Atmakaaraka is the Badakesh in Mercurial house it gives to Skin Problems. My suggestion Would be to strengthen Mercury. As he is the kaaraka for 10th, enemy and neecha banga provider for the nodes. I am not sure about Gems stone(It's the 6th lord, but in quadrant). But try Emerald if other learned Jyotishas do not have opinions against it. Also Mercury is ishta devata in 1st Drekkana, Lord Rama form of Vishnu should be the deity to guide the child out of troubles. Another possibilty is to seek Moon or Jupiter's help.
