Guest guest
||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dear Prital(?) Allow me to share some of my understanding…… Firstly, take a deeper and wholistic approach to the chart. Don't read this one combination alone. The Rashi describes the environment. The House describes the lessons of life / areas of life in question. Planets therein reflect the dynamic forces interacting in the chart. (Check aspects to the above; check degrees of the planets mentioned as well.) On a very simple level, these are the forces of influence that come and affect the 8th House affairs. The 3, 6, 10 and 11 are the Houses of growth (or upachayas). You (or matters signifying these houses) will grow through the 8th House (also signifying the occult). I also want to add some clarity to your understanding of the houses below. 6th deals with: health, debts, service, jobs, insurance [Via NK] Being an Artha Trikona (Trinal House of sustenance), 6th is of rivalry, competition, short-term obstacles, etc. I don't see debts or insurance from here. 10th deals with: career and reputation [Via NK] Again, being an Artha Trikona (Trinal House of sustenance), 10th is of Karma, which does roughly translate to work for most people today. We spend a lot of time working in life. Check Reputation from AL (Arudha Lagna) as well. 8th deals with: money, inheritances, sex, psychology, death, etc. [Via NK] INHERITED Money is an implication of UNEARNED income. The 2nd is of sustenance / earned income. The 8th is the opposite of the 2nd. Sex / Alliances are seen from the 7th House in appropriate divisions. The 8th has some bearing to the 7th as again, it is the 2nd, form the 7th. Psychology is to better understand the mind, hence I would examine the planet Moon. Death, or more so the life force, or praana in the body. Lastly, being a student of Vedic / Eastern Astrology, I have yet to consider Uranus / Neptune / Pluto in the study of charts. While the Maharishis did acknowledge them in other texts, I did not find them being used in Vedic. Regardless, the significations should be the same of the houses, mentioned based on the very little I know having dwelled a bit into Western Astrology as well. Hope some of this helps. Take care. Best wishes and warm regards, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || Dear Friends, Can anyone please give some insight into what the assocation of the 3rd, 6th, and 10th house lords in the 8th house could imply for Kumbh lagna? There are 3 planets in the 8th house: pluto and conjunction of Moon-Mars. Mars and PLuto are rulers of my 3rd and 10th and Moon is ruler of 6th. And they all are in the 8th house. All this put together doesn't sound good Please help me solve this. Thank you!
