Guest guest
|Hare Räma Kåñëa| Dear Nitin, Namaskar I have taught you abit about Hora Lagna, but I never remember using the term; physical manifestation, for the special lagnas in the Räçi. You must keep in mind a few things. If you study the calculation of the Special lagna’s, they assume a perfectly linear set of time. This is unlike the Lagna, who spends more time in some signs and less time in others, giving us an oval like movement through the signs, whilst the special lagnas assume equal amount of time in each sign giving them a circular-type movement. This circular movement is akin to the thought process of the mind – i.e. linear movement. Hence the special lagnas represent a state of mind. When activated they represent our mind in a state – i.e. Hora Lagna indicates the flow of money as our mind is in a state of observing sustenance and wealth. It is the planets which influence the Hora Lagna which are indicating Physical wealth. The Hora lagna is not – and merely shows the flow of wealth. Its like going to a restaurant – you expect to eat there, just as the Hora Lagna expects money when activated. The less items on the menu, the less you will get to eat, and in a Jyotiña sense – less grahas influencing the Hora lagna. Also it’s important that these planets influence the Lagna, otherwise everyone but you eats in the restaurant. This is where the principle of Yogada comes in. Let’s add something to the pot of Jyotiña now. Päräçara says that if a Graha influences Lagna in Räçi, Drekkana and Naväàça, it is able to give Räjya Yoga. Do you think that’s what Jaimini was talking about when he mentioned the use of Räçi, Drekkana and Naväàça, to see the power of the Yogadas? Why those 3 charts? See where it is placed. Ghati Lagna represents the physical manifestation of power / authority in a Rashi. See where it is placed. Accordingly, when using the subdivisional charts, see where these are placed with respect to that division for a better understanding, should you want to explore that far. For example, Hora / Ghati Lagna is quite broad in the Rashi. Checking it in the D10 (Dasamsa) could reveal where these sources are in the workplace fro someone, or when fulfilling Karma. The Hora chart itself is calculated a number of ways. Consider all of them. It is still in the first harmonic (D-2), and represents the material plane. Hope that some of this helps you. Take care. Best wishes and light, Nitin. P.S. Also search the archives on this topic. There was a lot discussed earlier. || Namah Shivaaya || vedic astrology, "ads_archus" <ads_archus> wrote: > Hello everyone, > I request any guidance from the learned members here since I have > been unable to understand this by reading the material I have access > to.
