Guest guest
Dear Friends, Just a little time back, a posting about Saturn's transit over amsha position was made by the undersigned. An example of third lord's amasha position is also given. To refresh the memory please read the following , .. The person who collapsed while giving lecture is yet another case where Nadi's rule holds true. DOB 22.12.1949 TOB 02.06 a.m Longitude 80E2 Latitude 14N17 5.30 East of GMT Death 20.06.2004 at around 3.00 p.m 3rd house is 8th from 8th .8th is Ayushya. 8th from that is Destruction of the bhava. The person is born in Tula Lagna Mark 3rd lord Jupiter is in Mesha Navamsha at birth. Mark Saturn in Mesha Navamsha on the day of death.!! Remarkable isn't it ? TATTADBHAVASHTMANSHE GOCHARE SHANI STHITE (or sansthite ?) TATTATDBHAVA VINASHENA KLESHAM PRAPNOTI BHURISHA. ( DK Part 2,sloka 1014) Meaning, >From a given bhava, look for the navamsha sign position of the 8th lord from that bhava. Whenever Saturn transits this navamsha, it will cause destruction and grief to the mentioned bhava. Most of the times. answers are found faster with simple methods. Guest guest
Hello Nameisego: You noted the following dictum: "From a given bhava, look for the > navamsha sign position of the 8th lord from that bhava. > Whenever Saturn transits this navamsha, > it will cause destruction and grief to the mentioned bhava." Your note is a bit ambiguous so here are my questions: 1) Does Saturn cause destruction of the 8th house or the house where we begin counting 8th from? 2) If Saturn transits lord of an evil house,i.e. 6th, 8th, 12th, will is destroy the evil? Say for example, Saturn transits the Navamsha position of the 6th lord, will is destroy all enemies or will the enemies destroy the native? Thanks Mukund vedic astrology, "nameisego" <nameisego> wrote: > > Dear Friends, > Just a little time back, a posting about Saturn's transit over amsha > position was made by the undersigned. Guest guest
Namaste Mukund, If I may jump in, I will say a word. Take the nth house. Take the 8th lord FROM the nth house. Mark his navamsa sign. Saturn's navamsa transit in that sign is bad for nth house. The 8th lord from nth house shows the fall of the nth house. His navamsa placement holds the trigger to that fall. Saturn's transit there can trigger it. Take Indira Gandhi for example. Take the 6th house of enemies. She has Cancer lagna and Sg is the 6th. From Sg, the 8th lord is Moon. In navamsa, Moon is in Aq. Saturn was transiting in Virgo rasi and Aq navamsa in Jan 1980 when she won elections. Saturn destroyed her enemies and she came back emphatically. The 5th house of power is Sc. The 8th from there is Ge. Its lord Mercury is in Libra navamsa. When she lost power in March 1977, Rahu was transiting in Libra, even though Saturn wasn't. OTOH, see the 9th house. It is Pi. The 9th therefrom is Sc. Its lord is Mars. He is in Leo navamsa. Jupiter was in Leo navamsa when she came back to power. Her fortune had Jupiter's protection then. Note that I am not taking the 8th house here and taking the 9th instead, as Jupiter is the karaka for 9th while Saturn is the karaka for 8th. In other words, the 9th lord from nth house shows the protection for the nth house. His navamsa placement holds the trigger for that protection. Jupiter's transit there can trigger it! May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha > Hello Nameisego:> > You noted the following dictum:> > "From a given bhava, look for the> > navamsha sign position of the 8th lord from that bhava.> > Whenever Saturn transits this navamsha,> > it will cause destruction and grief to the mentioned bhava."> > Your note is a bit ambiguous so here are my questions:> > 1) Does Saturn cause destruction of the 8th house or the house where > we begin counting 8th from?> > 2) If Saturn transits lord of an evil house,i.e. 6th, 8th, 12th, will > is destroy the evil?
