Dear Ramesh ji,

 

I have attached the chart again. Here Jupiter wasn't afflicted in 3rd from AL.

The circumstances that led to her death as given by Dhira ji is "she put

herself on fire in a public place". Here we have Dhanus, which is an agni

rashi, among other things shows 'falling off'. With the influence (Rashi

Drishti) of Moon could also show a public place.
