timing marriage - why is no one following up / responding?

I had some questions about the prediction techniques explained by Mr.

Rath and in the book Narayana Dasa with the assumption that this is

the place where there are a lot of people who've crystallized the

knowledge and understood the principles.

 

Just one person responded to the note..and that too wasn't entirely

relevant.

 

Can some one really explain how to use the timing marriage techniques

in the chart that was posted before??
