Guest guest
Dear Jyotishis, A successful prediction is an essential part practicing Astrology as a profession. It is a great motivator for the teachers and the students. This is very similar to Surgeons taking credit for a successful complicated surgery. After the felicitations are done with, we should also discuss which principles and methods did work and which did not. This can act as a fuel for diagnosis and prognosis in some other circumstance - not necessarily elections. Finally, I would also like to hear from those who did not make public predictions but had mentally worked out a Bush victory. Their principles and methods too may have merit. Nobody should deride a post-mortem, if it helps us glean a new light. warm regards, raj rao
