Basic question on US presidential elections

I think the US President, if re-elected again takes oath for his second tenure.

When Bill Clinton was re-elected in 1996/97, he sworn-in again. Whereas

according to the US constitution the official term of US president starts at

20th of January after election. Just see when Clinton took oath for second

time.

CNN(19 Jan 1997): The inaugural ceremony itself gets rolling at 11:30 a.m. with

music from the U.S. Marine Band and an invocation from Billy Graham. Vice

President Al Gore gets sworn in by Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader

Ginsburg at 11:58, and Clinton gets his from Supreme Court Chief Justice

William Rehnquist at 11:59 after music from singer Jessye Norman.

Don't worry about watching the clock too much; The Constitution's 20th

amendments says Clinton and Gore's first terms expire at noon, and their second

terms begin immediately, oath or no oath.

Here's the reference of US Constitution AMENDMENT XX

Passed by Congress March 2, 1932. Ratified January 23, 1933.

Section 1.The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on

the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon

on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if

this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall

then begin.

Section 2.The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such

meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law

appoint a different day.

Section 3.If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President,

the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become

President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for

the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to

qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President

shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein

neither a President elect nor a Vice President shall have qualified, declaring

who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall

be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice

President shall have qualified.

After analyzing the election day and the inauguration day from the point of view

of the two natal charts and looking at the nomination acceptance times of both,

I will give my prediction.
