Dear Sri Raman,

Namaste. Nice article!

I was reading your piece on Manmohan Singh government

You wrtoe there:

> At the time of swearing, the Nakshatra was Aridra. Manmohan Singh’s

> Nakshatra is Aslesha and there is no compatibility between the two

I was wondering why you wrote that. Is it because Ardra is naidhana tara from

Asresha and in the 12th house? Or, are you talking about some other kind of

compatibility?

Just for the information of learned scholars, I will add another perspective.

"Yaamaleeya Swarodayam" defines a chakra known as Simhasana Chakra. As per that

chakra, the 27 constellations are divided into three classes called (1) Narapati

(2) Aswapati and (3) Gajapati. In each class, there are 5 levels known as (1)

Aadhaara, (2) Aasana, (3) Patta, (4) Simha and (5) Simhaasana.

>From Aasresha, the constellation Ardra falls in Patta level of Gajapati class.

Simhasana chandra nakshatra in the Gajapati class from Janma nakshatra does not

show a powerful king. However, patta level is the best of the five levels. It

shows capable administration, stability and long-lasting rule. In fact, 7

planets (all planets other than Sun and Venus) are placed in the muhurta chart

in Patta stars from Singh's natal Moon!

However, Mars and Saturn are in the same star as Moon. Mars, Saturn, Rahu or

Ketu in the same star as Moon is not desirable in a coronation chart. That

shows short life. Overall, this government will offer very capable

administration before it falls prematurely.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha
