He is Virgo lagna with Debilitated Moon in 3H in Scorpio. Mars the lord of sign placement is in Kendra to Moon and so is the lord of the opposite sign Venus. Debilitation thus gets cancellation. His Moon is also afflicted by Ketu placed in the same sign. I would like to know if strengthening Moon will help him. Moon is 11L and hence I am not sure if Pearl should be prescribed. Is there a mantra that he can recite? Would Ketu mantra help him?
