Dear Raghav Ji, Namaskaar.

Allow me to share some of my thoughts on your cousin's chart. I would

hope other members do the same, and give their reasoning for statements.

I do indeed see a lot of stress for your relative, and hope you take

some of my words below impersonally, and know that whilst there are

still challenges we all face, there are things we can do to help

alleviate certain situations.

Firstly, I am attaching your cousin's chart in this e-mail as various

Jyotish softwares give a variety of coordinates for Patna. Also, a

conditional dasha system applies in the chart of the native. Whilst

Vimshottari is universal and will reveal her mind set to us, we can

gauge more from the Shasti-Hayani Dasha.

Your sister is going to face a lot of issues relating to her karmic

pathway / career. This is revealed with Guru Chandala in the 10th

House of the Rashi.

She may be promised something dynamic and promising, yet feel

illusioned with what the company offers (such a sany benefits, perks,

any recognition, if any, etc.) only to be cheated or disappointed

later. There is a lot of tension in the work environment she enters.

Mercury is the AtmaKaraka in this chart, and retrograde in the 12th

House of Libra. Your cousin has an unconventional way of

communicating, and struggles with this. This also has an effect on her

evaluation of what she puts in life, and what she gets in return – an

evaluation not just in environment of career.

Being the 10th from the Moon, opportunities come quickly, and

repeatedly, perhaps even requesting or offering a possibility of

movement from the current place of stay, or to an Office further from

home.

Assuming the Navamsa is correct (D9), based on what you described,

counting form the Karakamsa, to the NAvamsa Lagna we get 10. The 10th

House is again, reflective of the karma / work done, and hence she

will certainly come across many challenges relating to work.

There is also the Kaala Amrita Yog, broken with Jupiter and Mars in

the 10th House. She will struggle between the material life,

questioning work, and slowly move toward the spiritual, where she will

have more of a rise in life in her mid-40's.

Just as a Father figure helped her around 21 (even though the manner

may not have been as nurturing as perhaps expected), there could be

more help for her in her career / pathway at 28.

When Jupiter is affliected in a chart, which it is here, there are

indications of suffering in the areas of one's finances, happiness,

children, amongst some other significations. Not only is Jupiter

afflicted, but there lies the Arudha Pada (AL) in the 7th therefrom.

This is also with the Upa (UL) / Vyaya / Gauna Pada.

In simple terms, not only will there be challenges in marriage, but

the 3 significant indicators would be perhaps a widower, a younger as

well as an elder brother in law opposing the match. Hence, the young

lady is having some more stress in alliances.

given for not accepting the alliance, base don the Stars, as sometimes

remedies can be done. If the family is open and serious about matching

the Charts, then I only assume they would be considerate about

The UL , being with the AL shows that in the institute of marriage,

the alliance will be as such that one person leads, whereas the other

spouse follows. This is just the nature of the marriage, and need not

indicate dominance over everything in the partnership.

The sustenance of the alliance is seen in the 2nd therefrom, and we

have this ruled by Jupiter, again in the 10th House of career, in Guru

Chandala.

The family she enters, may question her career potential, and this

could again, offer some stress to the relationship. It could simply

also mean that the in-laws would not like to have the lady working.

Is there a widower in the family? This could be an elderly person, who

can help with the marriage. Your cousin will not listen to Her Mother

(if still alive) or a Mother figure in this regard. A potential spouse

will also perhaps not see eye-to-eye with the prospective Mother-in-law.

the Mantra Pada (A5) so this is also a good time to be reciting

Matra(s) if comfortable in doing so.

Some Suggestions:

1) Please see a local Astrologer or someone more well-versed in

looking more closely into marital prospects. A Kumbha Vivaha (1st

marriage to Vishnu) is a ceremony used by many to ensure a better

marriage with the partner.

2) The reason why someone may have suggested a marriage before

(approx.) August 2005 is because Jupiter has both Rashi and Graha

Drishti to the 2nd from the UL till then. This is one combination of a

protective institute of marriage. If not to a person, consider the

Kumbha Vivaha, after careful consultation with another Astrologer.

Jupiter is also in Tirnes to the 7th House of alliances, hence she may

have been interacting with more people who could be possible alliances

/ one who come with a proposal seeking her hand.

3) Fast on Saturdays for more harmonious relationships. From Sunrise

to Sunset, consume nothing, if possible, and break fast thereafter

with what you please. This can be hard initially, so try to wean off

cooked foods / solids in the beginning.

4) For overcoming obstacles – a Ganesh Mantra will help. This would be

the one for Cancer, available at the following link. It is ideally

5) Specifically for Career – Worshipping the Paalan Dev will help. 6th

from Rahu in the Navamsa is the sign of Saggitarius, with no planets

therein. Hence, a form of Jupiter.

6) Dharma Devta – to guide the soul, and achieve in life…between Rahu

and Saturn, I pick Rahu (hence a form of the Mother such as Durga),

which will eventually lead her to her Ishta…

we are very worried for her career

she has done electronics enngr/but with a lot of problems/hindrances

after her graduation also shes not getting good job offers (although
