1/ Can an Astrologer ask a Prashna for himself/herself ?

Dear Rafal,

Yes, an Astrologer can ask the prashna for self.

Make sure that whoever (whether self or somebody) wants the answer,

The Prashna navamsa rising should be in trines to questioner.

Like if you are say Aries rising then Prashna navasmsa could be

Ar,Ge,Sg or I think you can take even 7th Li.

Navamsa indicates if the querent can get the answer.

 

This only if the querent's chart is known else look at shakuna etc

to identify whether divinities want to reveal the answer.
