Guest guest
Dear Sri. Naramsimha PVR Rao, Ms. Jayaliltha was sworn in as chief minister of Tamilnadu for the 3rd time on 2nd March 2003 at 12:00 PM in Chennai. The ascendant is Taurus with 10th lord Saturn and Rahu in it. The lagna lord Venus is in the 10th house with Sun and moon is in virgo in Chitta. The chart seems to be fairly strong but Moon is at 28 degrees 32 minutes in Virgo and Venus is at 28 degrees 53 minutes in Acquarius. Compare this chart with her previous swearing in chart. After winning elections, she took oath of office in a hurry on 14th May 2001 at 6:00 PM in chennai. The chart has Libra ascendant, Sun is in Aries in the 7th house at 29 degrees 53 minutes in Krittika. Sun is totally powerless being in Rasi sandhi. The chart also has Jupiter, Mercury and Saturn in the 8th house, a very undesirable feature. Mercury is at 20 degrees 16 minutes in Taurus and Moon is at 20 degrees 4 minutes in Capricorn. She had to resign within 6 months because of supreme court judgement. She will have Rahu dasa Ketu Bhukthi from 21st February 2005 onwards. The April solar eclipse occurs in pisces which is 10th from her ascendant and 8th from her moon. The eclipse occurs very near to her natal Venus. There is the congregation of retrograde Mercury, Sun, Moon, Venus and Rahu in pisces during the eclipse aspected by Saturn. This eclipse is not visible in India. But according to late Sri. Santhanam of Times of Astrology, an eclipse whether visible or not will affect the individual and mundane horoscopes. I am curious to see the effect of this eclipse on her. I have an interesting observation on swearing in charts. In most cases, when the 8th lord is in the 10th or 10th lord is in the 8th or they are together, the government will not last its full term. Of course there can be other muhurtha defects which can bring down the government independent of the above feature. The examples are: V.P. Singh's swearing in on 2nd December 1989 at 1:00 PM in Delhi. The ascendant is Acquarius and 8th lord Mercury is in the 10th house along with Sun. Both Moon and Venus are at 0 degrees 51 minutes. The government lasted for less than a year. Sri. AB Vajpayee's swearing in on March 1998 had Taurus ascendant with Jupiter 8th lord in the 10th in exact conjunction with Ketu. He faced terrible problems from Jayalalitha and the government collapsed in April 1999. If I remember correctly, I.K. Gujral's swaering in chart had 10th lord in 8th and 8th lord in 10th. The government lasted for only a few months. Interestingly, Sri. Oommen Chandy took oath of office as Kerala chiefminister on 31st August 2004 at 12:30 PM and the chart has Scorpio ascendant with 8th lord Mercury in the 10th house along with 10th lord Sun and Mars. Saturn is at 29 degrees 25 minutes of Gemini and venus is at 29 degrees 4 minutes of Gemini and Moon is at 29 degrees 54 minutes in Acquarius. Moon in Poorva Bhadra is not good. If I am correct, Vilas rao Deshmukh took oath of office on 1st November 2004 between 2:00 - 2:30 PM. If the time is after 2:00 PM, then Acquarius will be the ascendant and 10th lord Mars is in the 8th house along with Jupiter and Venus and 8th lord Mercury is in the 10th house. My prediction is both these chiefministers will not complete thier term. When Sun is in Bharani and specially when he is in Krittika which is presided over by Agni, all construction work is stopped, Although many other things are not forbidden. When Sun was in Krittika, the election commission issued notification consituting Loksabha on 17th May 2004 some time around 10:30 AM, Manmohan singh Government took oath of office on 22nd May and YS Rajasekhara Reddy's government took oath of office in Andhra Pradesh on 14th May. In the case of Rajasekhara reddy's swearing in chart Sun is at 29 degrees 56 minutes in Aries. A worst case scenario of Sun being the lagna lord in a rasi sandhi. Now my question is: Does the Sun in Bharani or Krittika cause any blemish as fas as coronation or swearing in or consistuting a legislative body are concerned? Pasupulati.
