Victor Yuschenko's Swearing-in Time?

Namaste friends,

 

After an histortic uprising after the polls and the Supreme court ordered

re-polling, finally Victor Yschenko was sworn in as the President of Ukraine at

Kiev.

 

This is an historic event and could have a lot of repurcussions in the region.

The developments in Ukraine over the last few months could herald changes in

neighboring nations. Ukraine itself is at cross-roads, with the administration

backed by Russia on its way out. This is a new beginning for Ukraine. A lot of

things are riding on this term of Yuschenko, for Ukraine as well as the region.

 

So study of the swearing-in chart will be very useful.

 

Does anybody from Ukraine or a neighboring nation have the time at which

Yuscenko was sworn in? If you have the birth chart of Ukraine, that will be

interesting too!

Constitutional Court's Chairman Mykola Selyvon, who

confirmed that there were no circumstances that could

prevent Yuschenko from taking the presidential oath.

Yuschenko took the oath with his hand on the

Peresopnytske Gospel and the Constitution.

 

My understanding from other reports is that this

occurred at 12:36 AM, Kyiv Time

The papa kartari on lagna from Rahu, Saturn and Mandi is worrisome. But

Jupiter's aspect on lagna causes some relief. The affliction of Moon by Saturn

and Mandi also causes worry. But three benefics in quadrants from Moon cause

relief.

 

I am very glad to see a nice raja yoga between lagna lord Venus and 5th lord

Mercury within 2 degrees. The 9th and 10th lord Saturn is also in samasaptaka

from them. This raja yoga definitely shows a lot of good deeds by this

government. With the raja yoga between Mercury and Venus occurring in the 8th

house Sagittarius, I think a lot of positive changes will be made. He will be a

hard-working president who will bring a lot of changes.

 

I am happy to see the muhurta. I think Yaschenko will make a lot of progress in

keeping his promises.

 

But Rahu in 12th shows secret enemies and machinations.

 

The cusp of 8th house (17Sg32) is within Mrityu Bhaga (death inflicting

degree/trimsamsa). He is unlikely to complete his term. Based on the rule of 3

pairs, this government has middle life. The pre-mature end of the term may come

in the middle one-third.

 

In the chart, Rahu is Amatya Karaka and Mars is Bhratri Karaka. Both are in the

same degree (trimsamsa). So Rahu is replaced by Mars in the course of time.

There may be some transformation within his circle of influence. Some of his

advisors who may have close foreign ties and advocate radical changes and

revolt may lose their influence and some entrepreneurs, businessmen and

colleagues from his party with military connections may get his ear in the

times to come.

 

BTW, what is the default tenure of a president - 4 years or 5 years? I need to

know this to compress dasas!

Dear Narasimha Ji, I'm originally from Ukraine and met Victor Yuschenko

personally for several times about 5 years ago. My parents are still in Kiev

now. As I know, he has no rectified chart or at least I don't know about that.

I'll try to find his chart. Thanks a lot for greetings!!! I have the following

information about new President swar-in: 23.01.2005 12:28:00 TZ=+2, Kiev,

Ukraine (30E31'00, 50N26'00) DST=1, but time should be corrected for his

signature time or an official document. I'll look for official documents later.
