Guest guest
I have been a member for the past one year and following the discussions silently. My sincere thanks to all the senior members as I have been immensely benefitted by the discussions. I would like to have senior members' opinion regarding one prediction. My father has been trying to dispose off a property in Bangalorewhich is house cum working place and buy a proper residence. Will it happen thisyear during Jupitar dasa Mercury budhi? In his horoscope Saturn -3rd and 4th house owner is in 10th aspecting 2nd and 5th house owner Jupiter in 4th house. Hence he had working place cum home we think. But now that he plans to retire will he be able to sell this ppty and buy a new proper residence? My father's horoscope details DOB: September 2, 1950. 12:39:00 (5:30 east of GMT) 79E 42'00",11N 25' 00" (Chidambaram, India).Being the only son and inheritor of his ppty, will my horoscope influence this sale or should welook only at his horoscope? My horoscope is not so good as my father's, and so the anxiety on my parent's mind. In my horoscope 4th house owner Venus is in 12th house whose owner Mercury is combust with Sun in 10th house. I had 8th house dasha followed by 12th house dasha followed by 8th house occupier dasha. This will be followed by 12th house occupier dasha. Is it very bad from prosperity angle? I lost out on my education during Mercury dasha Rahu budhi and opted to work. Made quite a little money in stock market and lost it also respectively during Kethu bhudhi and venus bhudhi. Now I will be undergoing same dashas. I would like to know the possibilities and take precautions. My horoscope details May 11, 1980 11:29:00 (5:30 east of GMT) 78E 08'00, 11N 38'00" (Salem, India). All three of us myself, father, and mother successivly underwent sade saath sani period. Mother's is not yet over. Both father and mother have problems in 5th place and underwent those periods during my Mercury dasha. So the combined effects were really hard for us. I seek guidance from senior members.Thank you.
