Allow me to make an attempt.

 

I used the deeper levels of Vimshottari to attempt this, but am a bit

unsure of the accuracy of the chart. We are getting into minutes /

seconds here.

 

However, since you have been analyzing so many charts recently, I

assume you have involved yourself in chart rectification as well.

 

>From the Sun, Jupiter is in the 2nd House.

>From the Moon, Mercury I sin the 2nd House.

>From the Lagna Ketu is in the 8th (or 6th if you wish to reverse).

 

I think the person got a short term increment (bonus / raise) at the

time specified.
