definition of birth.

Dear all,

 

Have a question about the motherland of a person. Technically, the

country a person is born in, will be his/her motherland. But, which

country should be taken in the following case.

 

Case 1 : A couple from India go to country X for a 2 year assignment,

and a child is born to them. After the assignment, they return back to

India, with the child, never to go back again. Now, by nationality,

culture, heritage, upbringing, and everything else, the child is

absolutely Indian. But, in a legal and technical sense, the child's

place of birth is not India.

 

Now, when we consider quesitons from an astrology point of view, do

we take India as the motherland, or do we go by counry X ?
