I have given a full illustration of your chart clarifying the rasi,

As for the effects there are many views about this given in standard

texts.

 

IF we consider the Chandra Rasi: Venus is your second (Wealth, Speach,

food) and 7th (Marriage, partnerships, Traveling etc), that being in

the first denotes you may aquire money/wealth without much difficulty,

through marriage /travel/partnerships etc. Proximity of venus (Sneha)

along with Moon (Mind,Jala) indicates love affairs/marriage. (Beware:

Guru is watching you from the seventh and Mars from the sixth )

 

Chandra Bhava : Venus in the second with Mercury denotes interest in

arts/ music / instrumental music etc. soft spoken

 

I have only given a few posibilities and do not consider this to be a

full reading of your chart, which needs to consider other factors

also. Not just Venus the position of the planet.
