bad way. it will increase creativity perhaps, giving the rahu

indications to that house, of foreigness, strangeness, and a sense

of "magnifying", which is what rahu does. 5th couls also mean

investments, etc.

 

ketu in the 11th tends to block, cut off, the affairs of the house.

it causes introspection, internalization, of the affairs of the 11th.
