Guest guest Posted February 23, 2005 Report Share Posted February 23, 2005 Hi, I have a request for members of the forum, I have been helped before by the wisdom herein, and now I am at a loss and could use some guidance. I have had several readings from 'western' jyotishas, which have never even come close to anything related to my life, also, most of them have been on the 'negative' side, maybe the members will have a better insight into my situation. Basically, I have been quite 'confused' lately, although professionally you could say I am doing great, good job, doing something interesting (although definitively not in my dharma, as I derive little bliss out of it, it is not bad, and sometimes I manage to get really good feelings about it, but it certainly does not 'feed' my self) and in good health, yet, I have this huge void. I have an increasing spiritual 'need' which I can't find the time to feed. I have always been 'spiritual' but lazy in my practice, now I feel a call, as if moving away from spiritual activities (yoga, jyotish, ayurved, tai ching, you name it) and concentrating on work has 'broken' me a bit. Also I am on my own, with no partner, and have begun to get the clock ticking; I want a family, but don't seem to be very popular with the fairer sex, and nature does not seem to provide opportunities to meet anyone worth a try (sometimes anyone at all). All of this is creating a very vata state, restless, boredom, self-doubts...and of course the question; what am I doing with my life? I fear getting deeper into this feeling, I fear depression, I really feel something is missing, but can't find what. His UL is placed in 8th. Rahu is in marana karaka sthana in the 9th. Rahu also occupies 2nd from UL, so Rahu is going to spoil the happiness/sukha of the marriage. His Moon & venus are in marana karaka stanas in navamsa, so finally their natural significations will suffer. Also I think he will not marry before July 2009. In the prasna chart casted for your query I see that the result is also not positive about the outcome of this relationship. My guru, please correct if I made any mistakes. According to your requierments I should not have given my readings in this case as I am a jyotish student. You can ignore my readings totally. Other gurus might give their opinions in this case. Is your relation with your parents a bit stretched? May be they want something else for you than your wish. Tell me if the following makes any sense: Dec 1998- August 2001: Not a nice period, many obstacles in a row, failures at school etc August 2001- April 2004: completed your graduation, some gains could be related to education, better period than the last one April -2004 onwards: You took some big steps, determination. Also an affair(boy friend), got some recognition/scholarship etc, I will be glad if you can indicate which things are correct and which are not correct. It will help me in understanding the techniques. In my opinion you will have gains after marriage in many matters.
