i believe the time is the actual birth.

Dear Kalidas,

When talking about the birth of a child are you

talking about the time of conception or birth? If I apply this rule

then during the time of conception both Jupiter and Shani gave Rashi

dristi to my 5th house [Gemini] and Shani also had Grah dristi on my

5th lord.[October 1996] However, during the time of childbirth [22

May 1997] Jupiter had no connection to my 5th house or lord.
