If Your AL is in Libra it means that Rahu should be in 5H or in 11H

as it is stronger Lord of Aquarius than Saturn.

 

Scorpio Lords : Ma/Ke

Aquarius Lords : Ra/Sa

 

Two methods :

 

1/ Count from stronger Lord

2/ Count from 2 Lords and choose stronger AL
