Also lagnesh ven is aspecting its own sign which makes it very strong personality. 2. Mars / Moon combination makes him very strong headed/determined. Also in 6th house which is a house of competions , and the placement of Mars esp there make him very good in overcoming its obstacles. Mars we say in astrology represent hanuman ji ( Sankat Mochan) , so sankat Mochan sitting in sankat house , its a excellent combination. 3. Ra in 11th house is a excellent position in kundli. rahu gives excellent results in 3rd,6th and 11th house. Ra in 11th gives success in multiple areas. 4. sun in 8th gives light in the darkness which signifies 8th house. So these kind of people can show path to various people in darkness. 5. Jup/Sat combination - person always gets fruit of its hardwork. Sat is hard work , jup is fruit. 6.Gaj kesri Yoga too. 7. Ven in aries sign as well as aspect of mars on lagna mekes him strong. Mars navamsa position given in the original mail is Aq, but I get it in scorpio. It could be a typo.Please check. There is a good gajakesari yoga (Jupiter is powerful in Sagi), but involving 3/6 houses from Libra. This is good for a sports career. Without knowing anything about this person, all I can say is that the person will be wanting to become well known in the eyes of public with venus dasha starting in 1978. See Rahu in 11th driving ambitions. Venus/Rahu in navamsa in second house will also confirm the person's drama/acting ability and drive. Unless I know the exact time I cannot fix D10 lagna, which should show fans/following/acting etc. With D10 lagna as scorpio, 4/10 axis is Jup/Sat, with Sat indicating masses/connection. >From Chandra lagna,pisces, 10th lord Jup is in Moolatrikona sign with Saturn will perhaps explain the good career more than lagna. Dear Smt.Jyothi If you feel the lagna and navasmha are from dependable sources one could proceed. If this chart is correct, then lagna adhi yoga is the most prominent,starting with chandramangala.Lagna and 5th bhavas are strong as they are aspected by their own lords. Lagna lord is aspected by jupiter.Saturn a Yogakaraka is in upachaya.As 5th lord his conjunction with jupiter is budhimadhurya. Functionally jupiter is bad,but vipareeta effects can be seen due to placement in upachaya as dusthana lords. >From chandra, 5th and 9th lords are together in lagna.10th house has jupiter forming yoga along with saturn. I was quite a fan of MohanLal school of acting. I am a telugu, still watched his movies and enjoyed his potrayals. I watched many movies, and i remember Kalapani and Yoddha very well. Ok, coming back, his sun dasa has not been good. Sun is the 11th lord and can be troublesome for Thula lagna. Venus dasa was where he got many accolades. He broke many barriers, and his style is unique. Venus is in Krittika nakshatra, and Krittika is known as "cutter" or the slicer. For 9th house matters combustion of lord alone may not become the deciding factor. Also combustion of mercury is very common. I have seen the chart of a member of this list, having combust mercury (2 degrees) but with academic excellence. For Mohanlal Guru is in 3rd in swa kshethra. Jupiter in 3rd will lend luck (by aspect) towards matters of 7th, 9th and 11th. Also w.r to 3rd house ,his brother Pyarelal is no more.Dispositor of bhagya lord Venus, from Chandra as well as lagna is very strong. Also there are many other factors related to strength of lagna and 5th house (Self and creativity). Lagna-adhi is very good. Planets in continuity act as a team. See also the chart of Amitabh.Also I guess for performing arts like acting - 3rd house has some significance. Here Jupiter and Saturn are together in 3rd (as 5th and 6th lords in mutual kendras). The career graph was going up during the said period. As we are not sure about time, Chandra lagna is revealing a good picture. I collected the details of Mohanlal's horoscope from Jyotisha Sandesham (an astrological magazine published from Kerala) september, 2003 issue(page 13). In it time was not given. But planetary positions in raasi & navamsa was given along with degrees. If you dont trust me , please you can check the magazine. Now, seeing every body's interest to get the time, I searched all the other magazines and finally got it from another magazine called KSHEERAPATHAM, an astrological triweekly in Malayalam. (page 81). In it time is given as 4.20 a.m. I took so much effort to find the time, because you all very promptly answered my doubts and I felt I should do my part even if it is small. About the change in lagna,donno if any printing mistake occurred in Ksheerapatham. (if it is 4.20pm will lagna be correct? i donno to calculate lagna or else i would have checked).Any way, I am sure about the rasi chart , becuase I have seen Mohanlal's chart analysed in various other magazines. In all of them, the planetary positions are the same as I gave you but there were slight variation in the position of sun&moon in navamsa. I dont have any intention to test you. Please dont think so. After all who am I to test you? My astrology knowledge is nothing before you scholars.
