Namaste learned members,

I have this thought. It is said in general Tuesdays and Saturdays

should be avoided for all auspicious deeds. But then it seems like

even these weekdays, if favorable in the daily/monthly tithi-pravesh

charts, then should indicate auspiciousness.. For example, I plan to

do something new on a Tuesday and for that date, the daily TP chart

shows that the Tuesday lord is a well-placed functional benefic for TP

lagna, and therefore the Tuesday is also good for that purpose. Is

this correct thinking?

Thank you, appreciate your replies

This is not the proper astrological response that you needed but here goes:

Both my sones and my husband were born on Tuesday. Most of my endeavers like

getting a new job, securing a home loan, even getting any good news of any kind

have happened on a Tuesday. So I dont think of it in a inauspicious way, but

nevertheless do not initiate anything on thatday or on a Saturday.

Regards,

Halloo Jayashree

Sun, Mars, and Sat are suppossed to be malefics. So Weekdays governed by

them are held Inauspicious. This is only a blind belief held in certain

parts of India, where as this is not SO held in other parts.

Dear Vani,

Hi, yes I agree with you. I'm interested in knowing if it is a

correct way to look at the Tithi Pravesha chart nevertheless, it

picques my curiosity. Maybe I'll wait and see how the event turns

out :-)
