Enlightened astrologers may please clarify under what circumstances or

conditions does a debilitated planet gets Neechabhanga and cancels

debilitation effect. Is it like this

1. When the debilitated planet occupies a kendra house from Lagna

2. Sign dispositor occupies exalted or Moola trikona range or

Swasthana

3. Sign dispositor occupies a kendra house from Lagna or a Kendra

House from debilitated planet.
