Debilitated planets in 3rd, 6th or 8th houses strong as exalted planets --Raghunathji

Dear Raghunathji,

 

When I was reading your paper on D-10 you mentioned that Debilitated planets

in 3rd, 6th or 8th houses

will behave as strong as exalted planets. Will u please explain me why this behaviour .

Please clarify the same..

 

Is is because 3rd,6th,8th houses are bad houses and hence debilitation gives positive benefits?

 

Request any of the gurujis to clarify the same.

Also D-1 10th lord debilitated in 3rd house of D-10 with neechabhanga..is it good or bad?
