Parivartana --Why this Discrimination in applying the same logic to (6th , 8th or 12th Lords)

Dear Learned Gurus,

Today I was Going through the mails , I saw Raoji was ex plaining the analysis on Balarishta in that

he explains for Leo Lagna Sun in the 3rd(Even Though Debelited) and Venus in

the Lagna (A parivartana )

makes as if Sun in the Lagna and the Venus in the 3rd and this makes sun to be

stronger even though he is neecha

..So from this I conclude that Parivarthana Planets acts like as if they are in

thier houses, As I read somewhere

(I am sorry i don't know the exact source) in this parivarthana if 6th , 8th or

12th Lord participates then its a Bad Yoga ,

if the exhange between 8th and 10th lord is considered very bad for the

Profession as the native may have lot of breaks in his carrier .

if I apply Raoji's explanation 10th lord in 10th and 8th lord is in 8th being

in thier house are they not strong ? Why this

Houses ? According to me if there is a exchange between 8th lord and 10th lord

then the natives had good Longevity

as the 8th lord is strong and One of the Pacha Maha Purusha Yoga from the

10th lord . Please
