The rasi in the D-9 Lagna shows the temperament and general characteristics of the native. See Rasi significances. Now see 5H has which planets and 9H has which planets. try to see if they are making sense. Eg. Ju and Me together can mean learning and eagerness to learn. Su shows authoritative tendencies. Most likely it looks like Virgo Navamsa. How is the education of this person? Did he receive any major recognition in his educational period? Actually he crossed BSC and quit good in study but as he lived in a rural area where study scope was not too much so his TAU JI took him DELHI in middle of BSC for Hardware Diploma i.e in 2nd year of BSC in 1998 but he crossed both things same time BSC and Diploma also learn all computer system well.He tried business in NOV 2002 but fail as he can not deal(fight) for taking money from customers. From 1998 he is far from his birth place again he want to do business at his native place in Jan-2005 leaving job as high labour and less paying but again unsuccessful due to cheating of customers till Feb-2005. But thanks GOD h find job in March again in Delhi. He became spiritual since 2001 and keep believe now in GOD before it he was lesser believer in GOD but he did believe in HOROSCOPE/PALMISTRY since long...By nature he is very introvert person and always think about his career and best earning as through this he can marriage...So I live worried when he will stable in his life?..I do BRASHPATI VRIT katha for him always on THURSDAY....As he is my alone brother...Kindly suggest me what his time can be?? Rectification of charts needs methodical approach and good judgement. I hope I am successful in it here. Of course, learned members will help and put more thought. You can do any religious/spiritual activities as remedies. There is no harm in such satvik activities and will always bring some good results in future, to you and to the person for whom you are doing them. My recommendations are that he be hardworking, exercise contentment and try not to be impulsive in taking career decisions especially those which have big risks. He is running Rahu Mahadasa (D. S. Dasa Scheme). Tell him to go to temples and try to fast on Sundays to to remove badhaka dosha and bring about marriage. I recommend the following: (1) Wearing white clothes and avoiding darker clothes. (2) Worship Sun in the early morning (preferably at sunrise) after bath with Gayatri Mantram facing the rising Sun, mantram being uttered three times. (3) His Ishtadevata is Sambhusiva and Palana Devi is Durga devi. Kindly ask him to regularly worship Siva and Durga together (sitting together in a picture), preferably with panchopochara and before any journey, remember Siva and Durga in mind and utter "Durga Durga". This will be most beneficial for him. (4) Also it is better to receive mantram from a very spiritual sadhu, preferably a Siva bhakta. However, it will also be beneficial to worship Siva and Durga murti/picture and then remembering the picture in mind use the following mantram, in a whispering or silent way 108 times or multiples of 108 times: "Aum Namah Sivaya" [ There three words should be uttered distinctly and seperately, for example, namah and sivaya should NOT be joined together; slow repeating is always good as breath control is better ] Procedure: A simple panchamukhi rudraksha rosary sanctified with Ganga Jala can be used for this purpose. The rosary should be bought from a well known and reliable agent and there are false rosaries sold also at a cheaper price. The rosary could be kept in a wooden box or a cloth pouch in front of Siva-Durga picture. The japa procedure is to freely suspend the mala from the finger which is third counting from the thumb and then to drawing each bead towards himself while uttering the mantram. The mala should remain freely suspended and should not touch feet or lower parts of the body at all. The bead where the knot is tied is not to be counted by drawing with the thumb. Instead, when that particular bead is reached, the native should skip the bead, utter the mantra twice there and draw the next bead. The counting should be started from the bead at the knot. Deep devotion and concentration is most necessary. Sense of contentment and happiness in small quantities and things is important. Rituals are secondary but always helpful in developing devotion.
