Guest guest
||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dear Praveen, Namaskaar. Its nice to see you open up more to the list with your reasoning(s) in analysis so students can gauge more into the beautiful realm of the Stars. While I have had a chance to read all the books you have recommended, I have been frequently in touch with some of the late Mr. Bhasin's grandchildren. Whilst some of the family is not as interested in the stars, we do discuss BPHS when we can. By the way, do you by any chance have Venus and Jupiter together in your chart? Best wishes, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || Sat, 4 Dec 2004 08:06:21 -0800 (PST) Re: [vedic astrology] #3 PLEASE HELP ME! To:"Praveen Kumar" chunnu2001 ||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dear Praveen, Thank you for the response. I see you have sincere intentions to help people. In a forum of learning, it is not uncommon to ask other students or Astrologers the reason for their statements. If you consider this as spoon feeding, then I can understand. I will refrain from asking you any questions. I do not know the meaning of APATRA. I have seen people write notes of thanks to other Astrologers on this list, appreciating their words, even though never meeting in person. Hence what you wrote below does not agree with what I have seen on these lists. > Touchstone of Astrology is predicting, predicting > before knowing about the native, not just > prescribibg remedies. Nobody can do it here. I try to follow BPHS and MJUS as close as possible. Many authors lean on these texts to write something simpler for the next generation. Sanjay Rath, PVR Narasimha Rao, and even KN Rao would be in this category. I respect them all as they are more learned and are willing to impart their understanding of the Stars to those genuinely seeking this knowledge. I'm really not interested in the organizational matters of a list. I just want to learn, and share my understanding with others. If it is incorrect, I hope one questions me, just as I hope others would welcome my questions. Life is very short, and can change in less than a heartbeat. Praveen, please do not write to me about the lists, list structures, Gurus, Guru-figures, unless there is an astrological significance, or unless you are willing to share some principles to aid in learning. Again, if this is spoon feeding, or I come across as unprepared and insincere, then I apologize, and I have clear indication not to e-mail you again to simply ask the basis of your statements in a forum of learning. You appear to be knowledgeable, and I hope you continue your good work in guiding people where possible in your time, on not only this list, but others as well. Good luck to you. Best wishes and warm regards, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || --- Praveen Kumar <chunnu2001 wrote: > Dear Nitin, > Don't write ji, be informal. > I follow multiple dasas and 16 Vargas.
