Hi.I have been reading this thread with lot of interest, and I couldn't stop

myself from chipping-in. I havebeen the best example of how a wrong advice

fromastrologer can ruin one's life---I was advised to weardiamond to strengthen

Venus, which also happens to bemy lagna lord, deposited in 12 house; in

addition, itis also the lord of sixth. Needless to say, I took toserious

illness, and none of the doctors could evendiagnose my ailment. It was by sheer

accident that Iremoved my diamond, and my health was restored withinsix months.

It was later on some good astrologers toldme that it was almost suicidal to

wear diamond with mykind of planetary configuration in the horoscope. And the

said astrologer was around 70 years old andwas claiming to be practicing

astrology for 40 years;but he didnot know the basics of

astrology that youdon't prescribe the gem for the sixth lord. So muchfor his

experience and age !Well, the point here I am trying to make is that "AGECAN

NOT BE ANYBODY'S QUALIFICATION ORDISQUALIFICATION". Some of the guys like

Sourav,Vettam Krishna, Narsimha Rao, Sourav and even Parthamay be quite young,

but their astrology knowledgeappears to be quite good. And astrology is a

pursuitto be practiced; the more one practices, the better hebecomes. So going

by this measure again, theseyoungsters don't seem to let a single opportunity

ofreading the horoscope go waste; and they are also keenon helping others. My

experience with some of theafresaid astrologers have been very good, and I

cancertainly vouch for their erudition in astrology. Idefinitely don't agree

with a sweeping statement madeby one of the members that these astrologers are

"cutand paste astrologers".It is not necessary that you should

consider any oneof these youngsters as your Gruru; and at the sametime it is

also necessary not to deride or denigratethese youngsters becuase of their

young age.The above post is not to counter anybody's opinion orshow anybody in

poor light; it is a serious attempt todo some loud thinking with the other

members. Thanks and regards to everyoneManoj Sharma--- Anil VSNL
