Can someone please help me in rectifying my time of birth.I am giving my birth details below. Date of birth:29-02-1980 Time of birth : 13:37 pm Place of birth : Chandigarh I have had some good achievements in sports & presently working as an engineer in UK.Which one would that point to as the lagna? Answer based on complexions of the family members. i.e. if you are faier compared to most of your family etc. ....
